Orders are processed Monday through Friday and normally despatched within 2-3 business days. If an order is placed after 3PM CT, it will not be processed until the next business day. Customer satisfaction is important to us so we work quickly to process all orders!
We are offering shipping out of the United States through USPS First Class and USPS Priority shipping. Priority mail will be processed in 1-2 business day. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Once your order leaves our facilities and is in the possession of USPS, we are NOT responsible for any shipping delays due to holidays, inclement weather, or unforeseen interruptions.
We offer international shipping via DHL International shipping (7-14 business days). DHL offers the most secure international shipping services. The rate is calculated at checkout.
Once the package leaves our facilities and is in the possession DHL, we are NOT responsible for any shipping delays due to holidays, inclement weather, or unforeseen interruptions.
You have up to 24 hours from when you place your order to make adjustments to your shipping address by sending us an email at email@example.com. After 24 hours we cannot make changes to your shipping address nor are we responsible for the cost of the misdirected package. It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter the correct address. Please be sure to confirm your address before placing your order. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. Orders marked/tracked as "delivered" will not be refunded. Packages returned to sender due to inability to sign or retrieve from carrier will result in additional shipping charges.
The buyer is responsible for any import taxes and duty fees applicable to your order.
We aim to satisfy each and every customer. However, due to the nature of our hand-crafted and personal products, all sales are final. If for some reason you’re not happy or have concerns with your product once received, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you received an incorrect order, please send us an email and we are happy to correct our mistake at no additional cost to you.
If your package was damaged during shipment by the carrier, please save the box and the merchandise. Take a photo of the damaged items and notify us as soon as possible via email.
If for any reason your order is sent back to us at no fault of our own, you will receive store credit for your order minus the cost of shipping. Store credit does not expire and can be redeemed at any time.
